James Foley

Biography

James Wright Foley was a renowned American journalist and video reporter, known for his work as a freelance war correspondent during the Syrian Civil War. His reporting took him to Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, and Syria, where he faced numerous challenges and dangers. Foley's life was tragically cut short when he was abducted and murdered by the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria in 2014.
