Tanquil Lisa "Tai" Collins is a model, actress, screenwriter, and philanthropist. She won the title Miss Virginia USA in 1983 and made headlines with her 1991 affair claim against Senator Chuck Robb. Collins is the co-founder and executive director of A Chance for Children, which provides cultural experiences for inner-city kids. She also created and executive produced the primetime action drama series SAF3, which aired in 66 countries.
