Matt Bonelli

Biography

Matt Bonelli, born in 1954, was a renowned bassist and educator. He was a studio and touring bassist for the Bee Gees from 1993-2003, and a major figure in the South Florida Jazz scene. A graduate of the University of Miami's School of Music, Bonelli studied with Jaco Pastorius and went on to teach and direct the Jazz Department at Miami Dade College.
