Biography

Lee Delano was a character actor known for his roles in Splash (1984), Star Trek: The Original Series (1966), and History of the World: Part I (1981). He began his career as a stage performer, studying at the Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theatre and performing with Sid Caesar. Delano's tough-guy looks made him a natural for "cops and crooks" roles, leading to notable film and television appearances throughout the 1960s and 1970s.
