Michael Evans

Biography

Michael Evans, an English actor, was born on July 27, 1920, in Sittingbourne, Kent. He is known for starring in the original 1951 Broadway production of Gigi alongside Audrey Hepburn and later as Colonel Douglas Austin on the American soap opera The Young and the Restless. Evans began his acting career studying with the Old Vic company and made his stage debut in 1948.
