Aparna Nancherla

Biography

Aparna Nancherla is an American stand-up comedian and actress, born in Washington, D.C. to Indian Telugu Hindu parents who immigrated to the US in the 1970s. She attended Amherst College and graduated in 2005, before launching her stand-up career and writing for late-night shows like Late Night with Seth Meyers and Totally Biased. Her credits include recurring roles in BoJack Horseman and Corporate, and a debut comedy album release in 2016.
