Lee Seung-yeon is a South Korean actress and talk show host born on August 18, 1968. A former beauty pageant titleholder, she represented South Korea in the 1993 Miss World pageant and won third place in the Miss Korea pageant in 1992. Lee's acting career took off in the 1990s with notable roles in television dramas like "Love Is in Your Embrace" and "First Love," which became the most highly rated Korean drama of all time.
