Lauren Hammersley is a Canadian actress and photographer, born on January 8, 1981, in Campbell River, British Columbia. She began her acting career at 12 in an ad for Fantastic Sand Surprises and later gained recognition for her role as Lisa Mason on the CBC Television sitcom Mr. D. (2012-2020). Hammersley has also appeared in the Netflix series Virgin River (2019-present) and the 2023 film Christmas Island, playing the roles of Charmaine Roberts and Maggie Hughes, respectively.
