Biography

Major R. Johnson Finley, known professionally as Major, is an American pop soul musician and singer-songwriter. Born in Texas, he began making music at a young age and performed in various venues before graduating from Berklee College of Music. A notable early success came with his 2016 single "Why I Love You", which earned him a Grammy nomination for Best Traditional R&B Performance for his work on "Honest".
