Biography

Catherine Daisy Coleman was a pioneering advocate against sexual assault in schools. Her experiences, including a traumatic 2012 assault, led to the creation of SafeBAE, a non-profit organization she co-founded. Coleman received a Cinema Eye Honor for her advocacy, recognized through the 2016 documentary film Audrie & Daisy. She tragically passed away by suicide at the age of 23.
