Jill Whelan is an American actress born on September 29, 1966, in Oakland, California. She rose to fame as Vicki Stubing, the daughter of Captain Stubing, in The Love Boat, and later guest-starred in numerous TV shows including Fantasy Island and Vegas. In 2013, she co-hosted The Brian and Jill Show with Brian Phelps, combining her love for improvisational comedy. Whelan has also worked as a celebrations ambassador for Princess Cruises.
