Joely Collins is a Canadian film and television producer, writer, and actress born on August 8, 1972, in Vancouver, British Columbia. Raised in London, England, she studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts before returning to Vancouver as a teenager. A named Canada's "Best Leading Actress" for her work on Madison, Collins won the Best Actress award for The Love Crimes of Gillian Guess and has since founded production companies StoryLab Productions and Million Faces Productions.
