She graduated from Northwest Guilford High School in North Carolina before moving to Los Angeles in 2007. Notable roles include her recurring appearances on Supernatural (2008-2010; 2019) and The Walking Dead (2017-2018), as well as standout performances in Raven's Touch (2015) and Elena Undone (2010).
