Biography

Michael Melchiondo Jr., known as Dean Ween, is a founding member of the alternative rock group Ween. In 1991, he formed the punk rock duo Moistboyz, releasing five studio recordings. Ween's music has been featured in the 2022 South Park: The 25th Anniversary Concert, and in 2012, Melchiondo formed The Dean Ween Group following Ween's breakup, continuing to create music.
