David Marks

Biography

David Lee Marks is an American guitarist who was an early and latter-era member of the Beach Boys. Growing up in Hawthorne, California, Marks was a neighborhood friend of the original band members and participated in their family get-togethers. He briefly joined the band in February 1962, recording on their first four albums, before leaving in August 1963. Marks later fronted the Marksmen and performed as a session musician.
