Shigeo Takamatsu is a Japanese actor, voice actor, and comedian, born on November 25, 1943. He is known for his early success as a comedian and actor, winning the 14th NHK New Face Comedy Contest in 1966. He transitioned to acting and comedy in the late 1960s, appearing in notable TV dramas such as "ウルトラQ," "おれは男だ!," and "ポーラテレビ小説."
