Vladislav Aleksandrovich Tretiak, born April 25, 1952, is a renowned Russian former ice hockey goaltender. He won three Olympic Games gold medals and ten World Championships with the Soviet Union national team, cementing his status as one of the greatest goaltenders in history. Inducted into the IIHF Hall of Fame in 1997, Tretiak is also the current president of the Ice Hockey Federation of Russia.
