Tom McGrath is a voice actor and animator, born August 7, 1965, in Lynnwood, Washington. He co-directed the DreamWorks animated features Madagascar and its sequel, Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa, voicing Skipper the Penguin in both films. As director, he also helmed Megamind and The Boss Baby, earning Academy Award and Golden Globe nominations for the latter.
