Mark Nelson

Biography

Mark Nelson is a talented artist born in Oakland Naval Hospital to a Navy family, who spent time overseas during his childhood. He pursued multiple artistic paths, including graphic design and studio arts, before moving to the United States to study at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. As a teaching artist, Nelson was inspired by his friend Francisco Mendoza to share his skills, and he currently teaches theater at Princeton University and HB Studio in New York.
