Estus Washington Pirkle was a Baptist minister and filmmaker who created and starred in his own Christian films, including the 1971 release "If Footmen Tire You What Will Horses Do?" Directed by Ron Ormond, the film showcased Pirkle's evangelistic message to a wider audience.
