Şendoğan Öksüz is a Turkish actor born in Rize's Pazar district on October 4, 1971. He began his acting career in 1999 with the prominent Yılan Hikâyesi series and went on to appear in various television shows and projects. Notably, he played the character of "Cemal Reis" in the 2018 TV series Sen Anlat Karadeniz, opposite a talented cast including Ulaş Tuna Astepe and İrem Helvacıoğlu.
