Sara Matthews is a veteran actor, writer, and producer who has leveraged her passion for storytelling to focus on veterans' issues and mental health awareness. Born in Corpus Christy, TX, she began her career in action movies before transitioning to theater and film, earning a BFA in Cinema from SMU. Matthews also holds an MS in Nutritional Science, working as a registered dietitian and speaker for major corporations.
