Ifan Meredith is a Welsh actor born in 1976, hailing from an acting family. He trained at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama before making his mark on screen with notable roles in "Metroland" (1997) and the Julian Fellowes miniseries "Titanic" (2012), where he played Fifth Officer Harold Lowe to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Titanic disaster.
