Trisha Morton-Thomas

Biography

Trisha Morton-Thomas is an Australian writer, producer, director, and actress of the Anmatyerr people. Her early career began at the Central Australian Aboriginal Media Association, where she worked as a volunteer radio announcer and cadet journalist before moving to the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. In 1993, she collaborated with Bangarra Dance Theatre on the ballet Praying Mantis Dreaming. She co-founded Brindle Films with Rachel Clements in 2011.
