Thatcher had her breakthrough role in the series Yellowjackets (2021–present). She has since appeared in The Book of Boba Fett (2022), The Boogeyman (2023), Heretic (2024), and Companion (2025). As a musical artist, Thatcher released her debut EP, Pivot & Scrape, in 2024.
