Phuong Kubacki is a Vietnam-American actress and model, born on July 26, 1994, in Wisconsin to Vietnamese immigrant parents. Raised in cities such as Phoenix, Chicago, and Atlanta, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career. Now married to Todd Kubacki, she resides in Phoenix, Arizona, and has appeared in notable roles including Officer Lee in "Just Breathe" and Dottie Logan in "Cabin Girl".
