Biography

Sam Davis is a filmmaker based in Los Angeles, California, known for his work on several notable short films. He began his career in 2015 with the short film Cobalt 60 and went on to produce over 30 short films, including a win at the South-by-Southwest Film Festival in 2020. Davis was also nominated for an Oscar in 2024 for his documentary short Nǎi Nai & Wài Pó, and won in 2026 for his film The Singers.
