Pavel Derevyanko

Biography

Pavel Derevyanko was born in Taganrog, Russia in 1976 to parents who worked at a factory there. He studied at the Russian Academy of Theatre Arts in Moscow, where he caught the attention of director Alexander Kott while performing with his students. His breakthrough role came in 2000 with "Two Chauffeurs Were Driving," earning him fame and leading to appearances in notable films like "Nine Lives of Nestor Makhno" and "Hitler Goes Kaput!"
