Monica Chan Fat-yung is a Hong Kong actress and beauty pageant titleholder who won the Miss Hong Kong 1989 pageant. She was signed to TVB after her win and appeared in notable roles such as Yee in "Full Alert" (1997) and Miu's Wife in "Double Tap" (2000). After nearly a decade with TVB, she left to join ATV and has since become less involved in the entertainment industry.
