Edvard Drabløs was a Norwegian actor and theatre director born on April 1, 1883, in Sykkylven Municipality, Møre og Romsdal. He spent most of his career at Det Norske Teatret, directing the theatre from 1915 to 1916 and again from 1950 to 1951. Drabløs was also a prolific film actor, appearing in approximately twenty films between the 1910s and 1950s, including the notable role of Sorenskriveren in "Gypsy Anne" (1920).
