Kimbra Lee Johnson, known mononymously as Kimbra, is a New Zealand singer and actress born on March 27, 1990. She blends pop with R&B, jazz, and rock musical elements, and has won numerous awards including four ARIA Music Awards and two Grammy Awards. Her debut album, Vows, was released in 2011 and reached the top 5 in New Zealand and Australia, before debuting at number 14 on the Billboard 200 in North America.
