Lotfi Abdelli

Biography

Lotfi Abdelli, born March 14, 1970, in Tunis, began his career as a dancer at the Tunis Conservatory under Anne-Marie Sellami and in the National Theatre of Tunisia's ballet company. He won Best Male Interpretation for his role in "Making Of" at the Carthage Film Festival in 2006. In 2012, his one-man show "100% Hallal" was cancelled by protesters, but he continued to gain recognition with awards for comedy and acting.
