Biography

Marc Ottiker is a Swiss-born filmmaker and author based in Berlin. He graduated from the Schauspielakademie Zürich (1984-87) and the Deutsche Film- und Fernsehakademie Berlin (DFFB) (1988-93). Notable highlights include his roles in "Effigy: Poison and the City" (2019), co-writing and directing "Die grosse weite Welt" (2023), and writing the forthcoming novella "Risikoappetit".
