David Owen

David Anthony Llewellyn Owen, Baron Owen, was a British politician and physician who served as Foreign Secretary under James Callaghan from 1977 to 1979. He was a Member of Parliament for 26 years, from 1966 to 1992, and later led the Social Democratic Party. A seasoned statesman, Owen's career spanned decades of public service, including a notable role in the 2019 film "Coup 53".
