Mohamed Fellag is an Algerian actor, humorist, and writer born on March 31, 1950, in Azeffoun, Algeria. He studied theater at the National Institute of Dramatic and Choreographic Art of Algiers before emigrating to Quebec in 1978 and Paris in 1982. Fellag gained recognition for his performances mixing Berber, Arabic, and French, including "Les Aventures de Tchop" in 1986, which became a star show.
