Aubrey "Po" Powell is a British graphic designer born on September 23, 1946. He co-founded Hipgnosis with Storm Thorgerson in 1967, creating iconic album cover art for renowned rock bands such as Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, and Paul McCartney. The company ran for 15 years until 1982, earning five Grammy Award nominations during its tenure. Powell's work continues to be celebrated through appearances in films like "Squaring the Circle: The Story of Hipgnosis" (2022).
