Mark Lee Ping-bing is a Taiwanese cinematographer and photographer born on August 8, 1954. He began his film career in 1977 and collaborated prolifically with Hou Hsiao-hsien since 1985. Notably, he received the Grand Technical Prize at Cannes Film Festival in 2000 for In the Mood for Love, and has won multiple international awards, including two Glory of the Country Awards from Taiwan's Government Information Office.
