She gained her first stage experience at the Junges Theater Bonn, later becoming a temporary member of the ensemble and appearing in productions such as Kreuz und Quer. Voss rose to prominence through the series Druck, in which she played the lead role of Kiki Machwitz, and has since appeared in various TV shows and films, including the drama Der Spatz im Kamin.
