Biography

Sylvie Pelayo was a French actress born on February 4, 1929, in Paris. She began her career at the theater and became a regular presence on dramatiques radiophoniques. Her film credits include Henriette de France in Christian-Jaque's "Fanfan la Tulipe" (1952) and a notable performance as "La Rose" in an adaptation of a French novel, which also premiered as a live television drama, La Duchesse d'Algues.
