Lucien Desagneaux was a French actor, best known for his notable role in René Clément's 1946 war drama "La Bataille du rail". He began his film career in the 1930s, appearing in a range of films, including Fritz Lang's "Liliom" and Georg Wilhelm Pabst's "Salonique, nid d'espions". Desagneaux also worked as a screenwriter and editor, with his brother Jacques also working in these fields.
