Merila Zarei is a renowned Iranian actress born on April 14, 1974. She received critical acclaim for her roles in "A Separation" and "Two Women," among others, including the Crystal Simorgh for Best Actress at the 23rd Fajr International Film Festival. A graduate of Azad University of Tehran, Zarei's acting career was nurtured through Ezatollah Entezami's courses, with her first film appearance in Ali Asghar Shadravan's "Patak" in 1994.
