Shau-Ching Sung, born on July 24, 1967, in Hualien County, Taiwan, is a Taiwanese comedian, actor, and founder of the comedy troupe "Va She." He grew up in a mixed cultural background, with a father who passed away at birth and a mother who later remarried. Sung attended Taipei's private Chih-Feng High School and the National Taiwan University of Arts' Theater Department, before embarking on a career in entertainment, including working as a director and producer for various projects.
