Claus-Dieter Reents was a German actor known for his roles in various film and television productions. Notably, he played the character of Aldo in "Tricheurs" (1984) and had a long-standing role as Heinz Poppel in the ARD soap opera Marienhof from 1992 until his death. His work also included appearances in episodes of the crime series Tatort, alongside notable performances by Götz George and Ingmar Bergman's Das Schlangenei.
