Biography

MC Serch is an American rapper and record executive, born Michael Berrin on May 6, 1967. As part of 3rd Bass, he released three studio albums and gained fame in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Serch is credited with discovering American rapper Nas in 1992 and executive producing his debut album, Illmatic. His solo career launched with Return of the Product in 1992, featuring hit singles "Here It Comes" and "Back to the Grill".
