Biography

Martine Brochard was a French actress and writer born in Paris on April 2, 1944. She debuted in François Truffaut's Baisers volés in 1968 and went on to appear in Italian genre films and TV series throughout the 1970s. A prolific children's storyteller, she released two collections of stories, La gallina blu e altri racconti and Zaffiretto il vampiretto e altri racconti, before her life was cut short by leukemia in 2025 at the age of 81.
