Sean Sullivan was a Canadian actor known for his notable stage and television performances, including winning an ACTRA Award in 1977 for his role in David French's play Of the Fields, Lately. He also received critical acclaim for his film performances, including a Canadian Film Award for Best Actor in a Non-Feature Film in 1972 for Springhill. Sullivan was nominated posthumously for a Genie Award for Best Supporting Actor at the 7th Genie Awards in 1986. Born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Sullivan began his career with a stage play that reached the finals of the Dominion Drama Festival.
