William Tubbs was a stage and film actor born on May 10, 1907, in Milwaukee. He transitioned from a career as an insurance man to acting, appearing in several European films after World War II, including works by renowned director Roberto Rossellini. Tubbs' notable performances include Bill O'Brien in "The Wages of Fear" (1953) and Spencer Borch in "Edward and Caroline" (1951). He passed away on January 25, 1953, in London.
