Biography

Nicole Rebecca Seah Xue Ling is a Singaporean politician and communications expert born on October 17, 1986. She holds a degree in Communications from the National University of Singapore and has worked in advertising and politics, serving as a senior account manager and associate director for multinational marketing companies. Seah was the youngest candidate in the 2011 general election and has been involved in community activities and volunteering since her secondary school years.
