He gained recognition for his portrayal of Romeo Nightingale in the Channel 4 soap opera Hollyoaks, for which he won the Digital Spy Reader Award for Best Soap Newcomer in 2018. Warner also appeared as a contestant on the 22nd UK series of I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! in 2022, finishing in second place.
