After studying at the Max-Reinhardt-Schule for Schauspiel in West Berlin, she landed her first role at the Gastspielbühne Berlin as Anne Frank in 1956, marking the beginning of a successful acting career. She went on to appear in notable films like "Ali: Fear Eats the Soul" (1974) and later worked in theatre before passing away in 2019.
